Description
This series of six shuttle circular loom is used for weaving PP/PE
flat yarn to be woven fabric in roll, it can weave different
quality flat yarn even complete recycled material. Reasonable
design, proper structure, easy operation, convenient
maintenance,low power consumption and high efficiency etc.
★ Sensitive automatic stop with the intelligent detector for
warp-breaking,weft-breaking and weft-ending
★ Rimless wheel shuttle style, less friction, more steady running;
★ New weft automatic feeding system, reducing waster;
★ Adopts the latest energy saving synchronous motors to control the
winder,main frame and fabric lifting roller to be synchronized,
when the loom stops,the winder stops at the same time with no harm
of rubber sheet of winder roller and the fabric, also avoid less
density of fabric which is usually caused by restarting the loom
after stop.
★ Adopts the latest energy saving synchronous motors to adjust the
weft density and comcensate the weft density in case of
weft-breaking,that improve the evenness smooth of woven fabric.

Feature
1 Plane cam and connecting rod rolling wheel transmission , which
is the most advanced technology, is adopted, making it easy and
stable to run.
2 Rolling transmission is adopted in entire structure instead of
slide block and slide rod, which does not need lubricant and
decrease the wearing part.
3 It can be configured with automatically stop & detecting unit,
when meeting the situation of warp/weft breaking, and weft ending,
The stoppage unit is sensitive and reliable.
4 PLC centralized control is adopted for electric controlling,
frequency speed regulation is adopted as well, which is convenient
and stable.
5 It is high-efficient and energy economical/ The highest rotation
speed of the main motor can reach 180r/min and the power is 3 KW,
which can save 10 thousand degree electricity one year , compared
with the traditional small-sized six shuttle circular loom whose
power is 4 KW.
6 As required, electronic intelligent fabric-lifting unit can be
configured as well, which is featured with the compensation setting
to the warp/weft density casually.
